Our Origin Story

I started The Blue Therapy because I wanted to build something on my own terms – a practice that wasn’t bound by an office, a fixed city, or a traditional setup. What began as a space for people who couldn’t access offline therapy has grown into something I didn’t fully anticipate: a practice built around patterns.

 

Early on, the work was about sitting with what you’re feeling. Now, it’s about something harder – sitting with what keeps repeating. The same argument, the same distance, the same silence showing up across different relationships, different seasons of your life.

 

The Blue Therapy is where you stop rushing to fix that, and start getting intentionally comfortable with what it’s telling you.

 

I built this carefully, one step at a time. And everyone who walks in here gets that same care.

The Person Behind The Blue Therapy

Vaibhavi is an Emotions and Relationship Therapist with an MA in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Navi Mumbai, trained in CBT, REBT, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Applied Buddhist Psychology.
She started The Blue Therapy as a space for people who needed accessible, online mental health support.

 

What began as sitting with feelings became something more specific: helping people see, name, and sit intentionally with the emotional and relational patterns that keep repeating across every area of their lives.

 

Today, Vaibhavi works with individuals, couples, and families – not to fix what’s broken, but to make visible what’s been running quietly underneath.

Mental health isn’t always about fixing something.

 

Sometimes it’s about staying in the experience long enough to actually understand it – the discomfort, the pattern, the feeling you’ve been rushing past.

 

At The Blue Therapy, that’s where the real work begins.

We don’t expect you to come prepared. You don’t need answers, pointers, or clarity before walking in. What we ask is simpler – sit with what you’re carrying, and let’s talk about it.

 

At The Blue Therapy, the goal was never for you to need us forever. It’s for you to understand yourself well enough that you can show up for your own life, and reach a place where you can ask for help, but never feel like you can’t move without it.
