Researches have highlighted that online counselling and therapy is as effective and successful in dealing with mental health problems as face-to-face therapy.

Each person is different. Depending on your healing process and time availability, your therapist can decide how many sessions you will require.

There will be an introductory call, post which an informed consent form will be shared and a few details will be taken.

Next, we would proceed with selecting a mutual time and day and move forward with the therapy sessions.

No formal preparation is needed on your part. We however do encourage you to allow yourself to have an open mind, be comfortable and try to be your authentic self as much as you can.

Online therapy & counselling is helpful for majorly all types of issues and problems such as-
Low mood, stress, anxiety, sleep issues, relationship challenges, familial challenges, difficulty managing or expressing emotions, low motivation, self-esteem/self-confidence, etc.

No, but currently only students are offered prices on a sliding scale.

The Blue Therapy ensures that your personal details are kept highly confidential and secure and will not be shared with anyone except your therapist.

You can express yourself freely by trusting your therapist and keeping an open mind. Only when your concerns include any harm to yourself or others, the information will be then be known to your most trusted family member/co-worker/friend.

My first session with Vaibhavi, I thought therapy wasn’t for me. But I ended up scheduling another session with her and we had the coolest session, I had with any therapist so far! She is so down-to-earth and her voice is so calming. I had recently retired. I had always been working and so coming to an understanding that from the next day on, I would not be working anymore was scary. Knowing that I will most of the time be at home because of my health. and not be running around as I used to was the most difficult part. I did not want to accept that I had retired. But with just one session with Vaibhavi, I was calm. I knew I had to give myself the time and space to understand what changes were happening. My distress level at the start was maybe 8, and I was at 3 after the session. She made me understand that we all go through changes and challenges.If we don’t give ourselves the time to adjust to those changes. We may forever be in fighting mode. We will never relax.
